INDIANAPOLIS — Some of those pesky potholes could be cleared up soon.

On Friday, the city of Indianapolis announced a massive construction project to permanently fix the potholes.

Starting Monday, the Department of Public Works will resurface the road from the State Fairgrounds at 38th Street to the entrance to Interstate 69 just south of 75th Street.

The project will wrap up in November, and the total cost of the project is said to be more than $5 million.
