‘Revenge Porn’ will soon be illegal in the state of Indiana, pending a signature from Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb.
The bill allows for women and men whose intimate – meaning “NAKED” – images are posted online or otherwise shared without their consent, to seek civil damages of up to $10,000 from any person distributing the photos.
Perpetrators also would be subject to unlimited punitive damages.
