Democrat Joe Biden intends to proceed with his Presidential campaign amid allegations from multiple women that the former Vice President touched them in ways that made them uncomfortable.

Two more women, Caitlyn Caruso and D. J. Hill, recounted their experiences to The New York Times Wednesday.

Caruso, 22, told the Times that Biden rested his hand on her thigh even as she attempted to show her discomfort by squirming in her seat during an event on sexual assault at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. Caruso, who was 19 at the time, added that Biden hugged her “just a little bit too long.”

Hill, 59, told the newspaper that while taking a photograph with Biden in 2012, the then-vice president placed his hand on her shoulder and began moving it down her back, something she said made her “very uncomfortable.”

Meanwhile, Biden supporters are moving to downplay the allegations and referring to the controversy as a “political hit job.”

WIBC host Tony Katz offered comments Wednesday morning.

Katz:

“Of course it’s a political hit job, but we’ve noticed Joe Biden was a creeper for a decade. It’s only now it’s coming up?

But now the question is whether or not it is really offensive. One accusation against Brett Kavanaugh, and he was immediately guilty of all allegations. Joe Biden, however, gets a pass because ‘we like him and he’s just a touchy-feely kind of guy.’”
