COLOMBO —  A Sri Lankan business tycoon is being accused of helping his two sons carry out the Easter Sunday suicide bombings that killed over 350 people and injured hundreds more in coordinated attacks on churches and hotels across Sri Lanka.

Spice trader Mohamed Yusuf Ibrahim was arrested after his two sons blew themselves up.

A police spokesman tells CNN Ibrahim is being held on suspicion of aiding and abetting his sons.

Other members of the family are also believed to be in custody.

The spokesman said over 70 suspects have been taken into custody on a range of terrorism charges, and most of them are friends and family members of the suicide bombers.
