INDIANAPOLIS–One man was killed in a shooting Sunday night on Indy’s east side.
IMPD says it happened around 7:15 on North Dearborn Street, which is north of the intersection of 10th and Rural streets. It happened in the 1300 block of N. Dearborn.
“When officers arrived, they located an adult male who had been shot. EMS responded and pronounced the male deceased,” said Aaron Hamer, IMPD Public Information Officer.
He was found outside.
“Homicide detectives were canvassing area trying to talk to potential witnesses to see if anyone had seen or heard anything in the area,” Hamer said.
So far, no arrests have been made. IMPD is looking into it.
