UPDATE

MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. — The Indiana DNR says four people have now died from a Labor Day boating accident, after they found two more men Tuesday morning. One of the four was a six-year-old. 

Officers are searching the White River in Morgan County for one person that is still missing. 

A total of seven people were on the boat when it capsized Monday night. Two people were able to escape.

MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. — Two people are dead and three others are still missing thanks to a boating accident on the White River.

It happened in Morgan County and police say the call came into to dispatchers about a capsized boat between 9:30 and 10:00 p.m Monday night.

The search for the three people still missing has been temporarily called off and is expected to pick back up around 8:30 Tuesday morning.

Investigators are not saying who the victims were and it’s unclear why the boat capzied in the first place.
