SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Flush with campaign cash to the tune of 19-million raised over the summer, South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg has opened a brand new office for his presidential campaign in South Bend.

It’ll serve as the headquarters for his campaign from hear on out.

In a grand opening ceremony, Buttigieg joked about how far the campaign has come since he announced his presidential bid at the old Studebaker building in South Bend.

He also got serious, saying he is eager to tell the story of the city’s triumph, joy, and even pain to the rest of the country.

The latest Monmouth poll, as posted on Real Clear Politics, shows Buttigieg starting to separate himself in fourth place from fifth place Kamala Harris among likely Democrat voters.

Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren are neck-and-neck in first and second with Bernie Sanders polling in third.
