Former Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, author of ‘With All Due Respect,’ joined Harris Faulkner on ‘Outnumbered Overtime’ Thursday to offer insight following the shooting at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita.

Haley offered condolences to the victims and their families, asserting that they need time to heal and absorb the impact of what’s occurred.

“There will be a time and place to debate issues like gun control legislation at a later time and date,” said Haley. “Right now it has to be exclusively about those students and their families.”

Haley also noted that no matter what form of gun legislation is signed into law, politicians cannot legislate a hateful heart.
