LAWRENCE, Ind. — A 75-year-old Lawrence woman is missing, according to the Lawrence Fire Department.
Karen Glass was last seen in the area of 79th Street east of Oaklandon Road around 10:30 Wednesday evening. She is described as a white woman wearing cream-colored pajamas who has dementia.
Just before 5 a.m., crews searching for Glass located a body in a pond in a neighborhood southeast of 79th Street. and Oaklandon Road.
The body was found about a half-mile from the home of Glass.
However, authorities have not positively identified the body. Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact 911.
