GREENFIELD, Ind. — Greenfield Police are looking for a handcuffed man who ran away near the Hancock County Jail.
Steven “Scottie” Groves got away from officers Wednesday night.
Groves is white with blond hair and blue eyes and may have a beard. He’s 5’11” and 200 pounds. He was wearing tan pants, a gray shirt, and no shoes.
