Fox News and Fox Nation host Tomi Lahren returned to the Hammer and Nigel Show Tuesday afternoon for her first appearance of 2020, wasting no time in tearing into Democrats’ pathetic response to the U.S. airstrike that killed Iranian General Qassem Soleimani last week.

“Democrats’ reaction to a terrorist and enemy of the United States being eliminated was embarrassing, it was glaringly partisan, and it was pathetic,” said Lahren. “And now, of course, in addition to practically crying crocodile tears for Soleimani and people like Rose McGowan and Michael Moore apologizing to Iran, Democrats are pushing the narrative that Trump was using a major international incident to distract from impeachment.”

She continued: “Impeachment has, in fact, been a fundraising boom for the Trump campaign. And if there’s anyone who is trying to distract from impeachment, it’s Nancy Pelosi herself, who realized she’s gotten herself into a mess she probably didn’t want to be in anyway.”

Lahren said she’s not surprised by the massive outrage over Soleimani’s death from Democrats and “kooky celebrities” who are quaking in their boots over Donald Trump’s probable re-election in 2020.

“On the positive side, at least we finally found a flag and country that Colin Kaepernick will stand for, and apparently that’s Iran,” quipped Lahren. “But in the end, it’s just showing how much Democrats hate this country and hate this President. It’s real sick, but it’s not surprising.”

Lahren noted the irony that many of the most celebrities and politicians speaking out in support of Iran are the very same people who lecture conservatives on human rights violations and oppression.

“They’re so angry with their perceived oppression in the United States of America, and then they defend a nation that is a state sponsor of terror, has an appalling record of human rights violations, and has a well-known and well-documented record of oppressing protestors and activists,” said Lahren.

She continued: “But do these people who are outraged know anything about international policy, diplomacy, or nuclear weapons? Of course not. They just know that Trump did something, they’ve got to come out against it, and they look ridiculous as usual. It’s absolutely embarrassing.”

Lahren also tore into Colin Kaepernick’s recent Twitter rant that condemned the strike against Soleimani.

“I get that Kaepernick is going to be anti-Trump and anti-America on every front, but to blame white people as a race is really interesting considering the fact that he was adopted by two white people,” said Lahren. “So I’m very confused as to where his disdain is coming from since he has an entire family that is white, he has white friends, but it doesn’t stop him from blaming an entire race of people for all of the world’s problems.”

Lahren also weighed in on the Trump administration’s progress with reducing unauthorized crossings along the southern border. Plus, reaction to Ricky Gervais’ controversial comments at the 2020 Golden Globes. Click the link below to hear Tomi’s full interview with Hammer and Nigel.
