KOKOMO, Ind. — Three men have been arrested for a homicide and kidnapping that police have been investigating this week.
Lashay Young-Beard was found shot to death in the backyard of a home on Monday. When police were searching inside the house, they found a man, alive, tied up in the bathtub. He told police he had been there for 11 days.
Troy Wilson, Uriah Levy and Steven Allen have been arrested for their involvement. Kokomo PD says Wilson and Levy each face charges of criminal confinement and aggravated battery. Allen is charged with aiding, inducing or causing criminal confinement.
