GREENFIELD — If you’ve felt a bit discouraged by recent events, you might enjoy taking a trip to an orchard.

Tuttle Orchards is an accessible stop if you live in central Indiana.  Located in Greenfield, the orchard has a variety of fall activities.

There, you can pick your own apples, snack on fall treats like the apple cider slushy, and walk through a corn maze, among other things.  You can pick your own pumpkins starting Friday.  The Farm Store might also help you prepare for the fall season, or Christmas, with its variety of local goods.

The orchard is owned and operated by members of the Tuttle/Roney family, so they try to offer fun for all ages.

If you’d like to visit Tuttle Orchards, you can do so most Mondays through Saturdays.  Visit indianapolisorchard.com to learn more.
