FRANKFORT — A Frankfort woman organized a toy drive last December for Kentucky residents who had been affected by tornadoes.  Now, she is helping again.

As flooding and its challenges have continued to plague the state, Kentucky’s governor’s office has called on Tiffany Fuel again.  She is now organizing a relief drive to get much-needed supplies to those who have suffered.

WLFI reports that items like rakes, wheelbarrows, diapers, baby wipes, tarps, first aid kits, flashlights, and bottled water are essential.

Fuel says her grandparents, who were from Kentucky, inspired her to do this.  Frankfort leaders also made it clear that the community is ready to step up and help.

If you’re interested in donating, you can take items to the following places:

The Frankfort City Building – 301 E Walnut St, Frankfort, IN

The Frankfort Police Department – 201 W Washington St, Frankfort, IN

AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care – 4210 Commerce Dr, Lafayette, IN

Or, if you’re wanting to volunteer in Kentucky, you can email Fuel at tiffanyfuel@gmail.com.
