Will Smith slapped Oscars host Chris Rock during the 2022 Academy Awards after the comedian made a joke about Jada Pinkett-Smith’s lack of hair, comparing the actress to a character in GI Jane.

Pinkett-Smith, Will’s wife, has been extremely outspoken about her enjoyment of having sex with guys who aren’t Will Smith.

Editor’s Note: Sorry. The above sentence should read “Pinkett-Smith has been outspoken about her struggles with alopecia, which causes hair loss.” We apologize for the egregious error and look forward to disappointing you again in the near future.

And then, after some deep, contemplative soul-searching for almost half a year, Smith did this:

Hours after Smith released his hostage video, Chris Rock addressed the controversy at a performance of his Ego Death World Tour.

“Everybody is trying to be a f****ing victim,” Rock reportedly told his audience.

“If everybody claims to be a victim, then nobody will hear the real victims. Even me getting smacked by Suge Smith… I went to work the next day, I got kids,” Rock continued.

“Anyone who says words hurt has never been punched in the face.”

Kendall & Casey broke down Will Smith’s apology on Monday’s show. Casey slaps Rob around all the time, but Rob kinda enjoys that sort of thing. Click below to hear more.
