Indianapolis – For the 2nd time in 4 years, a Colts star player is bringing a nagging injury to training camp. Every Colts fan knows the story of Andrew Luck and his mysterious calf injury that both team and independent Doctors had a hard time diagnosing that ended up causing him to retire. This time Darius Leonard will start training camp on the PUP list after offseason back surgery.

There’s no reason to panic yet Colts fans, Leonard can be activated from the PUP list and be ready to play at anytime. However, with the hope that the back surgery helped fix his ankle injury that plagued him the entirety of the 2021 season, should Colts fans be concerned?

ESPN Colts Writer Stephen Holder joined 107.5 The Fan afternoon host JMV to talk about the timeline for Leonard’s injury, what to watch for in training camp, and what Tight End will step up to help replace Jack Doyle’s spot.
