INDIANAPOLIS–A man was killed Sunday evening in a strip mall parking lot at 38th St. and Mitthoeffer Rd. When police arrived about 6:40 p.m. they found three people in a van.

One of those people had been shot. Police say the man was 34-ear-old Emmanual Terveus, he later died in the hospital. The two other people in the van were also hurt, but not by bullets. They were hit by flying glass.

Monday morning police announced the arrest of Ernesto Gillot, 28. Detectives believe the shooting began with an argument, but did not go any further into the motive.
