LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ind. – State Police arrested a 70-year-old man from Missouri for child molesting on Saturday. He had been visiting family in Lawrence County when he was arrested.
An arrest warrant was issued for Gary Jones Saturday and he was taken to the Lawrence County Jail on one count of child molesting.
Police had been investigating Jones since February after they were made aware of allegations made by a 13-year-old victim.
