Hillary Clinton is making news after her ironic accusation of the media’s “malice attacks” against her.

During Clinton’s speech at the New York State Democratic Convention this week, she hinted to the crowd that she could file a lawsuit against Fox News for their “malicious attacks” against her in recent news.

“They’ve (right-wing media) been coming after me again lately, in case you might have noticed. It’s funny, the more trouble Trump gets into, the wilder the charges and conspiracy theories about me seem to get. Fox leads the charge with accusations against me, counting on their audience to fall for it again. And as an aside, they’re getting awfully close to actual malice in their attacks. But as I said, don’t get distracted.”

Clinton has recently made news for claims that a court filing from Special Counsel John Durham showed the former Secretary of State’s team illegally spied on Trump in 2016.

Fox News, along with several other media outlets, have reported the filing claims show one of Clinton’s lawyers told the CIA that online data suggested Russian-made smartphones had been connected to Trump’s servers. It does not accuse Clinton of illegally accessing Trump’s data.
