INDIANAPOLIS — Indy Metro Police are investigating the death of a two-month-old girl.
Police were called Thursday afternoon to 609 Magdalene Lane, Unit A, for an unresponsive infant. That’s near 10th Street and Lynhurst Drive, just off of I-465.
The infant, Kamoura Sutton, was rushed to Riley Hospital for Children, where she was pronounced dead.
IMPD Child Abuse detectives have determined that Sutton had injuries consistent with non-accidental trauma.
The Marion County Coroner’s Office determined Sutton died of blunt force traumatic injuries and her death was ruled a homicide.
