INDIANAPOLIS — Indy Metro Police have arrested two teenagers after a man was carjacked at gunpoint in his driveway.

At around 6 p.m. Tuesday, IMPD got a call from a man on Andy Drive (near 25th Street and Post Road) who said his car, a silver 2011 Buick Regal, was taken at gunpoint while he was sitting inside it on his driveway.

On Wednesday, IMPD located the Buick and stopped it near 52nd Street and Mitthoeffer Road. Police searched the car and found a gun.

Two teenagers who were inside the Buick were arrested for armed robbery. A third teenager was arrested for dangerous possession of a firearm by a minor.

Police have not released the names of the teenagers because of their ages.

The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will review the case and decide what charges need to be filed.
