NOBLESVILLE, Ind. – Three teenagers were arrested Tuesday morning after a brief car chase in Noblesville.

At 2:13 a.m., Noblesville police responded to the Deer Path subdivision swimming pool parking lot, for a suspicious vehicle. When they got there, officers found several people inside a black SUV. As officers approached the SUV, the driver sped off.

Officers chased after the SUV for a few minutes, before the driver hit a tire deflation device. Shortly after, the driver crashed into a home on Millwood Drive. At the scene, two female passengers were taken into custody, while three male suspects tried to run away – but did not get very far.

One of the suspects – 18-year-old Rylan Brown – was taken to the hospital due to injuries from the crash. A 17-year-old female passenger was also taken to the hospital. Both were checked in for minor injuries, and later released.

A records check revealed the SUV was reported stolen on Dec. 29, 2021.

Brown is now in the Hamilton County Jail. A 17-year-old is in the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Facility, and a 13-year-old was released to his parents. The two female passengers were released without charges.

They all face charges of resisting law enforcement.
