STATEWIDE — Tonight’s Powerball drawing could bring a lot of extra holiday cheer for one lucky winner.

With no winners in Monday night’s drawing, the jackpot for Wednesday night is expected to be $378 million, with a cash option of about $276 million.

Of course, it’s never easy to strike it rich! The odds of matching all five numbers plus the Powerball are about 1 in 292 million.

Powerball tickets can be purchased until 9:58 p.m. ET.

How to Play

Each Powerball ticket is $2. You can choose your number using a paper payslip or by using the Hoosier Lottery app. For random numbers, you can ask for a Quick Pick.

You can also add Power Play to your ticket for $1. This multiplies your non-jackpot prizes by 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X (or 10X when the jackpot is $150 million or less).

Double Play is also an option. By adding a Double Play for $1 per play, you’re entered into a second drawing after the Powerball drawing. Match your numbers to win prizes from $7 up to $10 million.

The Powerball drawing is every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday night around 11 p.m. ET. The Double Play drawing is held at around 11:35 p.m. ET, according to the Hoosier Lottery.
