SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Three siblings who live in South Bend made history Tuesday night.

Caleb, Joshua and Bekah Liechty are better known as their band name, “Girl Named Tom.”

They had been competing on NBC’s “The Voice,” and were coached by Kelly Clarkson this season. They made it to the season finale, and on Tuesday night, they were crowned the champions, becoming the first-ever trio to win the show.

With the win, “Girl Named Tom” gets $100,000 and a recording contract. They already have four of the top ten songs currently on iTunes.
