CONVERSE, Ind. — Four teenagers have been arrested for murder in Miami County.
On the evening of Sunday, Nov. 28, police were called to a possible shooting at an apartment in Converse. When officers arrived, they found the body of 23-year-old Anthony Leadford.
An autopsy determined Leadford had been shot multiple times.
During their investigation, police identified four suspects: 19-year-old Aryan Vandiver-Stone, of Marion, 18-year-old Benjamin Jones, of Converse, a 16-year-old boy, and a 15-year-old boy. All four suspects were arrested and now face murder charges.
Vandiver-Stone and Jones are being held in the Miami County Jail. The 16-year-old boy and 15-year-old boy were taken to the Allen County Juvenile Facility.
Police have not said what led to the shooting or shared a possible motive.
Indiana State Police are investigating.
