Well folks, it’s come to this: Big Bird is lying to our kids.
This weekend Big Bird’s official Sesame Street twitter account announced he has been vaccinated:
President Biden even responded with an attaboy (or attabird?)
Tony Katz says telling kids they should get the jab is irresponsible as it should be a decision made by parents. While we shouldn’t have to say it, Sesame Street should stay out of politics, especially when they use false data.
The vaccine does not keep others healthy. It’s not how it works. There’s no data point that shows such a thing. And Big Bird shouldn’t get a pass.
Yes, it’s 2021 and we have labeled Big Bird a liar. This is where America is at right now.
