The Napper-In-Chief caught a few “Z’s” while attending the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference Monday.
Is it just me or does the speaker’s voice in that clip sound like the “WOPAR” from “War Games?”
The event, dubbed COP26, is being held in Glasgow, Scotland, features the most brilliant minds in science and government delivering comments on how to combat climate change. Joe Biden was also allowed to speak at the event.
Fresh from his nap, Biden apologized to those in attendance for the United States’ withdraw from the Paris Agreement under the competent leadership of Donald Trump.
“I guess I shouldn’t apologize, but I do apologize for the fact that the United States – the last administration — pulled out of the Paris Accords and put us sort of behind the 8 ball,” Biden said, not realizing that an “8-ball” is slang for a 1/8th ounce of cocaine.
Like fentanyl, cocaine is a drug that is much more readily available now as a result of the Biden administration’s weak border policies.
