INDIANAPOLIS — Indy Metro Police are looking for two vehicles and two drivers involved in a fatal hit-and-run involving a person on a bicycle.

Just after 11:30 p.m. Saturday, IMPD officers were called to the 2600 block of South Harding Street.

IMPD says the victim was riding northbound in the left lane of Harding Street when they were hit from behind by a green Saturn Vue. The victim was thrown into the southbound lanes of Harding Street and was hit by another vehicle.

Neither of the drivers stopped to help or report the accident.

Investigators say the green Saturn Vue was made between 2002 and 2007 and will have front driver’s side damage. The driver’s side mirror will also be missing.

Unfortunately, police have no information on the second vehicle involved in the accident.

Anyone with information should call the IMPD Crash Investigation Office at 317-327-6549 or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317.262.8477 or (TIPS).
