INDIANAPOLIS — Amazon is looking to hire more than 3,000 workers in the Indianapolis area as it continues to open new fulfillment centers.
Amazon has opened several new delivery stations in Indiana in 2021 and will open two more buildings this month, according to Inside Indiana Business.
The e-commerce giant will hold a virtual career day on Wednesday to help fill some of the open positions.
Available jobs include fulfillment center associate, sortation center associate, grocery warehouse associate, and delivery station associate.
Starting pay for some positions is more than $18 per hour.
Amazon says full-time employees receive benefits like health, vision, and dental insurance starting on day one of employment.
