HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. — Police need help finding a car that may be connected to a Thursday night shooting.

On Thursday, at 11:14 p.m., Hamilton County police responded to the intersection of 146th Street and River Road, for a person shot.

When police got there, they found a man with several gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital, and is in good condition. Police say there is no continued threat to the public.

Police believe the suspect fired several rounds from his car at another car, while sitting stationary at the traffic light.

Police are looking for a metallic, red 4-door sedan, possibly a Hyundai Elantra, owned by a single black male in his early 20s.
