LEBANON, Ind. — A man from Lebanon is accused of shooting his son.
Eric S. Kidwell, 50, faces charges of battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery.
Police were called to a home on East Washington Street on Monday night. Officers arrived and found 28-year-old Eric B. Kidwell with a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
The victim identified his father, Eric S. Kidwell, as the person who shot him.
Eric B. Kidwell was taken to an Indianapolis hospital in stable condition.
Police found Eric S. Kidwell and arrested him. He was taken to the Boone County Jail, where he remained Tuesday morning.
