Vice President Kamala Harris broke her silence about what is happening in Afghanistan as Americans and Afghans desperately attempt to flee the fallen nation.

Harris was asked what went wrong with the U.S. withdrawal and evacuation process during an appearance with Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

“So, I understand and appreciate why you asked the question. And I think there’s going to be plenty of time to analyze what has happened and what has taken place in the context of the withdrawal from Afghanistan,” Harris said. “But right now, we are singularly focused on evacuating American citizens, Afghans who worked with us, and Afghans who are vulnerable, including women and children.”

Harris added that “we have a responsibility and we feel a deep commitment to making sure that folks who helped us are safe.”

The vice president then proceeded to brag about the successful (?) evacuation of the U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan.

Helpful Insight: It wasn’t a “drawdown” of the Embassy; it was an emergency evacuation that required persons inside to be airlifted from the rooftop. You know, the EXACT thing that President Joe Biden said wouldn’t need to happen?

The Amazing Criswell he ain’t.
