PORTLAND, Ind. — A Randolph County woman has been charged with dealing meth.
Jay County sheriff’s deputies found about four grams of meth in her SUV, said the Muncie Star Press.
Brandy Gierhart, 43, was charged with dealing, resisting law enforcement, and multiple possession charges.
She was arrested Monday when a deputy stopped her as she pulled into a driveway.
Inside the car, the deputy found meth, drug paraphernalia, and narcotic pain medications. Gierhart said they all belonged to her. She then briefly struggled with police and tried to leave.
