President Joe Biden shared some exciting news with the American people Friday: 350 million of our country’s citizens, or roughly 110% of us, have been vaccinated against COVID-19!
The announcement was made by the Napper-in-Chief while delivering remarks from the White House about the July jobs report.
The accomplishment by the administration is an extraordinary feat. According to the latest census, the entire population of the United States is only 331 million.
“This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated, so we have to get more people vaccinated,” Biden said, later noting that “350 million Americans have already been vaccinated” and “they’re doing fine.”
It’s possible President Biden got his numbers confused and mistakenly referred to how many undocumented migrants are estimated to enter the country under his watch.
