INDIANAPOLIS — Detectives with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department have arrested a man for murder.
On the morning of July 31, IMPD officers found 24-year-old Kane Baca unresponsive at a house on Coquina Key Drive. Baca had been shot multiple times. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
On Aug. 2, officers from the Violent Crimes Unit arrested 23-year-old Corey Mirabal for Baca’s death.
Mirabal faces a preliminary charge of murder.
