INDIANAPOLIS — Three more people were shot throughout Indianapolis Tuesday and into Wednesday. Two of them were fatally wounded.
A woman was found shot to death near the Indianapolis Motor Speedway shortly before 5:00 p.m. Tuesday. IMPD Officer William Young said the woman was found along Luett Avenue.
Later in the night at around 11:30, Lawrence police and Indy Metro Police were called about a shooting near 42nd and Post Road. They arrived to find a man dead of a gunshot wound.
At around the same time another person was shot near 42nd and Emerson. They are critical at the hospital.
No suspects to speak of in any of the shootings.
