The Biden administration continues to speak against voter laws. At the same time Democrats claim they will keep fighting for voter’s rights. Confused? So is the left.

White House Press Secretary, Jen Psaki, told reporters Monday that by requiring proof of voter identification we would be denying minorities the right to vote which is “suppression and silencing.” The left claim that it is harder for minorities to get government id’s than other Americans.

Because of the minority argument, Psaki compares the voter laws to be an issue comparable to the Civil War.

“The necessity of passing the For the People Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act and how we need to work together with civil rights organizations to build as broad a turnout and voter education system to overcome the worst challenge to our democracy since the Civil War.”

President Biden is scheduled to speak extensively on this at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia Tuesday.
