Finally, a Democrat has it right. Before you click away, hear us out. Michelle Tandler, a San Francisco native and Moderate Democrat took to twitter to discuss the damage the radical left has done to not just her party, but to her city.

Tandler’s twitter thread starts with commenting on an article stating that Target stores in her area will start to close early due to the surge in crime. This tweet was just the beginning to a brutally honest conversation many large cities throughout the country need to have.

As the thread progresses she talks about how Moderate Democrats have actual goals besides labeling white people ‘racist.’ Tandler says that their city’s government has been taken over by progressives who focus on everything but the city’s actual problem of crime. She notes citizens are terrified to return to the heart of San Fran. People continue to work from home and many are leaving the city because of the continual fear of downtown. Starting to sound familiar? Tony Katz thinks so.

“You take a look at what San Francisco has done about things like decarceration, ending bail, and lax prosecution meanwhile 45% of San Francisco businesses are still closed. The exodus of San Francisco is real. Remote is here to stay because people don’t want to go back to work they’re too afraid of downtown. Oh, hi Indianapolis! This is a story about you as well.

The government is failing. It’s failing to protect citizens in San Francisco and it’s failing to protect Hoosiers.

Tandler says her party has let the radical side overtake their morals and she believes the city is suffering because of it.

She ends her thread with a heart-breaking plea for the government to wake up and for citizens to vote in more moderates.

Katz asks, “What’s the difference between that and Indianapolis? The answer is nothing-they just have more people.”
