Trump’s company and its CFO are being charged with failing to pay taxes in New York on employee benefits – a very specific and narrow charge.

The folks who are professionally trained to go after the left’s political adversaries have been trying (and failing) for years to find a reason to charge Donald Trump personally with a crime. Here’s what that actually means:
Prosecutors are hoping they can go after some of the Trump Organization’s employees, hit them with charges, and pressure them into providing intel that might eventually, maybe someday, charge Donald Trump with a Federal crime. Plus, it helps the corporate media out by allowing them to continue writing and talking about the former president since their ratings have plummeted in the wake of his presidency.
