SPEEDWAY, Ind. — The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is reminding you that if you haven’t renewed your tickets for the 106th running of the Indianapolis 500, you should!

You have until Monday, June 21, to get your tickets renewed in order to have priority in getting the seats you want for next year’s race. IMS President Doug Boles says the renewal turnout has already been huge.

“We’re well over 125,000 folks have already renewed,” Boles said. “So, that’s a pretty significant number with just a few days to go. We typically see a big spike as we lead into the end of our 500 hours.”

There were 135,000 fans on hand for this year’s race due to COVID restrictions put in place by the Marion County Health Department.

If you are renewing for the first time, he says to go online and follow the steps on the IMS website, or you can go in person to the ticket office during business hours.
