CARMEL, Ind. — Police in Carmel are looking for the person who vandalized a parking garage.
The Veteran’s Way parking garage on Monon Green Boulevard was vandalized just before 6 p.m. Sunday.
Images from a security video show the suspect wearing red shorts, a dark-colored Under Armour t-shirt, and a silver bicycle helmet.
