INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis police have arrested a man for shooting another man last week at Ralph’s Muffler Shop on Keystone Avenue.
IMPD says James Norwood got into a fight with Charles Potter and shot him on May 4. Police believe the fight happened inside the shop.
On May 7, police arrested Norwood. He’s accused of aggravated battery, criminal recklessness, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and possession of a firearm without a license.
The Marion County Prosecutors Office is reviewing the case.
