Drivers in rural Kentucky encountered the area’s first roundabout recently and were more than a little confused. In fact, it’s amazing no one got killed.
To be fair, these drivers are no worse at navigating roundabouts than Carmel, Indiana Mayor Jim Brainard, a veteran crasher of city-issued vehicles.
