Former Republican House Speaker John Boehner dropped by “Meet The Press” Sunday to promote his controversial new book, “On The House: A Washington Memoir.” He also had a few choice words for host Chuck Todd.
When asked by Todd whether he would consider running for office again in the future, Boehner replied that he’d “rather set [himself] on fire.”
“The only reason I asked that question — because I expected an answer just like that,” host Chuck Todd said back.
“You’re a s–t,” Boehner replied back.
