Fishers has spent $115K on the anti-racist training program, Favorite Part of My Day. Tony Katz discusses the idea of “anti-racism” and how it’s actually against diversity.

This training is the teaching of bigotry. Anti-racism is bigotry. Critical racism is bigotry and not just against people who are white, but against people of color (as the expression goes.) Teaching them that “everything that exists is bigoted and everybody who exists who doesn’t look like you is a bigot.” One way or another, whether they know it or not…they don’t actually believe in diversity.

In September 2020 the city challenged 500 residents to take a Interrupting Racism course.
