As expected, another woman has stepped forward to accuse New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo of harassment.
The accuser, a female member of Gov. Cuomo’s staff, is now the sixth woman to accuse him of inappropriate conduct – SIXTH! At this point, we could probably just start using the same article every day and simply switch out the name of the accuser.
The woman told associates that Cuomo touched her inappropriately late last year inside the governor’s mansion after she was summoned there on “official business,” as reported by the Albany Times Union.
The woman’s allegations reached a supervisor in the state Executive Chamber and were reported to the Governor’s counsel and the office of Attorney General Letitia James.
In a statement to the Times Union, Cuomo’s acting counsel, Beth Garvey, said, “All allegations that we learn of directly or indirectly are going promptly to the investigators appointed by the attorney general.”
Thank goodness the attorney general’s office is investigating the claims because the mainstream media definitely is not. CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC all ‘forgot’ to cover the latest allegation against the embattled Cuomo.
