JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. — An Indiana State Police Trooper is in trouble for drunk driving.
On Tuesday morning around 12:30, a deputy from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office saw an SUV speeding and crossing the center line.
He pulled the SUV over and smelled alcohol coming from Marcus Tow.
Tow failed his sobriety tests and refused to take a chemical test.
He was arrested for drunk driving and taken to the Johnson County Jail.
Tow told the deputy he worked for the Indiana State Police.
Tow is now on administrative leave.
