CARMEL, Ind. — The Carmel Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a missing woman.
23-year-old Devan Edmonds was last seen Feb. 18 in Carmel with her family.
Edmonds is black, 5’2″, and weighs 180 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, Edmonds had her hair in an afro-style haircut and wrapped in a scarf.
