18-Year-Old Indy Man Arrested for October Murder
INDIANAPOLIS — Indy Metro Police have arrested a man for an October murder.
On Oct. 16, 2020, IMPD North District officers were called to the 2700 block of Hyche Ave. on a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, officers found 18-year-old Randall Jenkins. Jenkins had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Thursday, IMPD arrested 18-year-old Domonique Freeman for Jenkins’ murder.
The Marion County Prosecutors Office will review the case and make a final charging decision.
