PAULDING, Ohio — Members of the Ohio State Highway Patrol on Monday arrested an Indiana man for his 24th drunk driving arrest and sixth felony drunk driving charge.
48-year-old Tony Hanson was stopped Monday afternoon after other drivers called 911 to report his dangerous driving, reports WANE-TV.
Hanson was so intoxicated he could not perform field sobriety tests and was arrested, according to police. Troopers determined this was Hanson’s 24th drunk driving arrest since 1994, which was the last year he held a valid driver’s license.
A police report indicated Hanson was found to be nearly four times over the legal limit of .08.
